In the role of Field Service Leader, the individual is responsible for coaching, training, supervising, and assisting service technicians to ensure service excellence to customers and other stakeholders. As well, the field service leader performs all the duties and responsibilities of a service technician.

**Duties and Core Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoots and provides quality advice to service technicians, subagents, and customers.
- Drives service technicians' productivity metrics to achieve service excellence; that is, to maximize utilization, productivity and first time-fix rate while minimizing callbacks.
- Attends service calls, especially difficult ones, and uses them as teaching opportunities for service technicians.
- Acts in the same capacity as a service technician (refer to job description) using technical expertise to drive overall revenue.

- Ability to listen, positively influence, motivate, and support fellow colleagues such as service technicians and dispatchers
- Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
