**The Role of Vice-President of Sales**:
As a key member of the Leadership Team reporting to the CEO, the Vice-President of Sales is accountable for driving Swish’s sales strategy, tactics, and processes to drive profitable revenue.
The Vice-President of Sales has direct leadership of all sales functions, including Enterprise Accounts, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Commercial Kitchen, Laundry, and Food Processing. In conjunction with the COO, the Vice-President of Sales also has responsibility for ensuring growth processes are incorporated into Swish’s customer care model. Along with the Leadership Team, the Vice-President of Sales will be a key participant in the development and execution of Swish’s overall business strategy.
A successful Vice-President of Sales will live and lead The Swish Way, recruit and coach the best sales talent, develop and maintain relationships with key strategic customers, and drive sales to success.

We are looking for dynamic, driven and customer oriented individuals who will;
- Drive profitable revenue growth
- Maintain an extensive understanding of the market, Swish’s products and services, and how Swish can be best positioned, both today and in the future
- Drive Swish’s sales strategies and tactics, matching the best people, processes, and technology to develop a strong sales funnel
- Lead Enterprise Accounts, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Customer Development Managers
- Establish and maintain close personal contact with top echelon customers and prospects
- Work collaboratively across business functions to achieve results
- Evolve and develop our sales teams. Ensure we have a whole-lifecycle approach to our sales team including recruitment; training and development; and coaching, mentoring, and managing
