Plumber

**Experienced** **plumbers; Join our rapidly growing plumbing and drain business**. G Bates Plumbing has be around since 1972 servicing the GTA. Our plumbers perform plumbing services ranging from simple faucet repairs to water heater installations and plumbing services for our commercial and industrial customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations and testing of plumbing systems and plumbing fixtures.
- Performs preventative maintenance on plumbing system.
- Modifies piping systems as required.
- Completes work orders in a timely manner with accurate documentation of work performed.
- Performs all duties in safe and effective manner.
- Provides verbal or written reports as required.
- Completes other tasks as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must possess a valid driver license and Certificate of Qualification (Ontario License) Plumber. Additional Certificate of Qualification in a related field is an advantage.
- Experience working as a licensed service Plumber.
- Additional mechanical experience would be an asset.
- Knowledge of all applicable codes, standards, guidelines and procedures.
- Available for overtime including on call, as required.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal required.
- Demonstrated reliable attendance and punctuality.
