**Sales Team Member - Job Description**

All Sales Team Members report directly to the Sales Floor Manager, and works closely with Service Advisors.

**Summary**

A commitment to deliver the best possible cycling experience for each cyclist, one that strives to surpass rider expectations; and one that is profitable to the company.

Salespeople focus on helping people have fun by riding bikes, make thoughtful recommendations to cyclists, and carry on meaningful relationships with riders in their community.

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
