**Job Summary**
Experienced lead hand with crew management skills seeking a new challenge? Join Clintar as a Landscape/Snow Removal Foreman. Our ideal Landscape/SnowRemoval Foreman is a dependable leader, open to feedback, and committed to team growth and success as well as working closely with our Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire crews
- Ability to pivot according to task
- Ensuring appropriate maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Engage with customers to address landscaping and/or snow removal issues
- Recruiting, managing and retaining full and part time staff
- Ensure health & safety compliance
- Determine work procedures and prepare daily work schedules to ensure quality work on time

**Qualifications**
- Experience as a landscape/snow removal foreman
- Experience in landscape/snow removal
- Experience in customer relations
- Health & safety experience is an asset
- Able to lift or move over 25 pounds
- Passion for outdoor work is essential, including in adverse weather conditions
