Job Description: Early Childhood Educator

We are hiring for a full time early childhood educator at both of our locations in the Castledowns area.

Responsibilities will include:

- Observe children and develop and implement age-appropriate planning and activities for children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive in
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and milestones
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a child care setting will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must have level 1, 2 or 3
