**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring precise alignment and spacing.
- Install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to design plans, using hand tools and tile saws.
- Grout and seal tiles after installation to ensure durability and prevent moisture infiltration.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tile Setter or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of various tile materials, installation techniques, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
