**Summary of Responsibilities**:
This position involves working within a team environment and ensuring accurate collation, assembly, packaging, and labeling of products. Responsibilities also include the ability to:

- Prepare final products for shipping
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Assist machine operators when required
- Pay close attention to detail
- Learn new processes for multiple roles

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hand bindery or machine helper an asset

**Abilities**:

- Attention to detail, quality consciousness, and strong hand dexterity and coordination are essential. You must be able to work with mínimal supervision, to read and understand English instructions, and meet established deadlines. Ability to understand and follow work and quality procedures is required. Flexibility to move between hand and machine bindery is also needed.

**Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of bindery equipment and the printing process an asset.
- Knowledge of CPC mailings, Address/Unaddressed mail, letter mail
