The LEX by Davies Student Executive team is a group of dedicated individuals responsible for ensuring the success and growth of the LEX Outreach Program by Davies at McGill University, working with the LEX Student Coordinators and the Assistant Dean (Students) as Faculty Advisor. The L.E.X. Program by Davies - High School offers youth from communities underrepresented in law school and the legal profession the opportunity to engage with and establish a connection to the worlds of law and university academia. As a member of this team, you will contribute to creating a positive and transformative learning experience for youth from these communities. Each role within the team plays a crucial part in achieving these objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties for All Roles:

- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure the seamless operation of the LEX Program.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
- Actively engage with program participants and provide support as needed.
- Uphold the values and mission of the LEX Program in all activities and interactions.
- Maintain clear and open communication with the program's leadership and stakeholders.
- Adapt to the evolving needs of the program and contribute to its continuous improvement.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the LEX Program and the wider McGill community.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to further the program's objectives.
- Any other duties as required to support the success of the LEX Program.

Qualifications Required (skills, abilities, education, language skills):

- Minimum Education and Experience:

- High School Diploma 1 Year Related Experience
- Hourly Salary:

- (AMUSE B) $17.50
