We are currently looking for a passionate, results-driven, and goal-oriented **Business Development Associate - Entry Level** to join our Marketing team

As a part of _Push Opportunities_, this individual will play a key role in building strong, lasting brand relationships with prospects during our campaigns located throughout the GTA.

The Business Development Associate will help us maximize consumer satisfaction and reach the production goals of our many clients while expanding the knowledge of Brand and Business Development foundations and mastering sales skills **This position is Entry Level**, we will provide a training to the selected individuals

**Responsibilities of Business Development **Associate**:

- Create a unique customer service experience during in-field marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty
- Educate prospects on the company’s products and services by providing a detailed verbal & visual presentation
- Communicate with customers and consumers on face-to-face basis to identify, understand, and address their needs
- Schedule and coordinate in-person meetings between the new clients and Account Managers to ensure consumer satisfaction
- Manage relationships with new and existing clientele

**Requirements for the position of Business Development **Associate**:

- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Brand Development is an asset
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Flexible availability
