**Position**: Fuel and Lube truck driver - Class 1 or 3 (Tandem and Pup Experience)
**About the Role**
The Fuel and Lube Truck Driver is responsible for fueling and lubricating heavy civil equipment. You’ll be working independently in the field and must be confident operating a tandem fuel/lube truck, occasionally hauling a pup trailer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate a fuel/lube service truck and haul tandem with pup trailer to various job sites
- Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections and maintain logs
- Conduct minor mechanical checks (e.g. fluid top-ups, tire inspections, leak checks)
- Maintain accurate fuel and service records as per Alberta safety and environmental regulations
- Follow company safety protocols, including hazard assessments and reporting
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and mechanics regarding any equipment issues
**Requirements**:
- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 Alberta Driver’s Licence with Air Brakes (Q endorsement)
- Experience driving tandem and pup combinations
- Clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract
- At least 1-2 years' experience operating a fuel and lube truck in civil or oilfield environments
- Familiarity with heavy equipment and preventative maintenance procedures
- Strong safety mindset and ability to work independently
