Requisition ID: 149507 Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. **Purpose** **Key Accountabilities** - Oversee day-to-day administration of referral programs by verifying, processing, and tracking referrals to ensure customers are directed to the appropriate sales channel & solution destination in accordance to program parameters to meet their needs. - Oversee referral program inboxes and respond promptly and effectively to requests, concerns and complaints from program participants & stakeholders. - Assist in the creation of program reports by assessing and consolidating relevant data from various sources, working with key stakeholders to define/refine required metrics and KPIs, designing end-user reports for various stakeholder levels, and determining the process for report generation. - Prepare and distribute referral program reporting and conduct analysis of results with the goal of making recommendations for improvement to the various programs and/or processes. - Provide training and communication support to referral participants by creating training/communication materials/sessions with the goal of articulating program benefits and enhancing participation. - Coordinate and follow-up on payment activities with various functional departments for referral program contractual fees paid to program participants. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with our sales channels, representing their interests in program discussions and sourcing from them opportunities to enhance our referral programs. - Support the continuous improvement of referral programs by assisting in activities for program and process enhancement. - Perform other administrative/reporting duties as required. - Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk. **Education and Other Skills** - University or College Degree - Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills - Strong Microsoft Excel skills with knowledge of pivot tables, lookup formulas, data management concepts, and generating reports from excel spreadsheets - Basic knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint for content management - French language is considered a definite asset Location(s): Canada : Ontario : Toronto Scotiabank is a leading bank in the Americas.
