Thorncrest Electric Inc. is currently looking to recruit a full-time Project Manager to join our vastly growing team of professionals. Thorncrest Electric Inc. is an IBEW 353 electrical contracting company that specializes in the residential high-rise sector. Our firm provides an environment that allows individuals to grow and thrive within their respective professions.

**Responsibilities**
- Report to office daily
- Work with and assist Electrical Project Managers
- Assist Field Foreman
- Submit and track shop drawings reviews
- Expedite and track equipment releases
- Document and log request for information (RFI)
- Track day-to-day materials as required
- Communicate with equipment vendors
- Electronically store documentation, and project close-out documents
- Maintain project binders
- Assist managers/foreman with potential project problems, interferences and schedule difficulties
- Assist with day to day project specific services as required

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Well versed in Microsoft office 365 programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to demonstrate sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieve goals
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and consultants in a professional manner

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
