LARC requires a Registered Early Childhood Educator for a supervisor position at our child care center in Odessa. The Supervisor will be responsible for adhering to all policies and procedures and acts. The Supervisor will work with their team of educators to ensure quality programing as well as meeting all licensing requirements. The Supervisor will mentor and guide the team, fulfilling their role as mentors for staff. The supervisor will be expected to work as an educator in toddler or preschool classroom with some allotted time for administration.

The applicant must be a RECE with a minimum of 5 years related work experience and 3 years supervisory experience. Experience supervising in a unionized environment is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,067.00-$58,422.00 per year
