**Qualifications**:

- Must be a** Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician with 10 years licenced experience.**:

- Experience with **Heavy Civil Industrial Electrical** work including:

- New Clean Water and Wastewater facilities.
- Retrofit of Clean Water and Wastewater Facilities.
- MCC installation and commissioning.
- Instrumentation installation and commissioning.
- Motor Controls and modification of control systems.
- Troubleshooting of motor control systems.
- Rigid Conduit, Cable Tray, PVC Conduit Experience.
- Full understanding of Canadian and Provincial Electrical codes and compliance
- Able to provide leadership and mentorship to journeypersons and apprentices working under you.
- Comfortable with leading in a unionized environment
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and manufacturer’s manuals.
- Some computer skills preferred, Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Installations, troubleshooting / diagnosing issues, conducting repairs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required (fluent English writing and communication skills)
- Strong safety orientation.
- Hold valid Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle.(Mileage paid if your commute is over 50kms from home)
- Most of our work is with in a 45 min drive from Mississauga.
