**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, sweets, and bread, following established recipes and quality standards
- Decorate cakes and desserts with precision and creativity using cake decorating techniques
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Package baked items for retail display or customer orders with attention to presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and work surfaces
- Support the team during busy periods by assisting with food preparation and customer service as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

**Skills**
- Background in restaurant or food service experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Experience with packaging baked goods for retail or delivery purposes
- Kitchen experience within the food industry is highly desirable
