Your regular schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm and Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with overtime hours possible during peak periods.

The wage range for this position is $20.00-$25.00/hour, based on your skills and experience.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities**
- Measuring and cutting (and re-measuring) the raw materials
- Assembly of floor panels
- Quality inspection of finished floor panels
- Stacking, labeling and preparing finished product for delivery

**What you need to succeed**
- Work experience in a production or manufacturing setting is essential
- Panel manufacturing experience is considered a strong asset
- General carpentry experience is a strong asset
- You can adhere to production guidelines and are comfortable in a production area
- Experience with power tools
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate well in English

Please note that CSA-approved safety footwear is required - KOTT will provide other PPE

- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

- Production/Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
