**Overview**

**Duties**
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and components.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues in HVAC units.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operational functions.
- Perform welding and plumbing tasks as required for system installation or repair.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.
- Document maintenance activities and repairs performed on equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Safely operate ammonia plant as per TSSA regulations.
- Monitor Life safety systems.
- Proven experience in HVAC systems or as a mechanic with a focus on refrigeration.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build, maintain, and repair various appliances.
- Familiarity with plumbing and welding techniques related to refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: From $40.24 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
