Gas Station Attendant

**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while facilitating transactions. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and promote our products will be essential to enhancing their shopping experience.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize technology effectively for sales transactions and customer interactions.

**Skills**
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus for engaging diverse customers.
- Experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Ability to sell products effectively while understanding customer needs.
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous for promoting electronic products.
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment.

- **Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a gas station attendant (required).**:

- **Weekends Mandatory**:

- **Shifts from 7 am-3 pm or 3 pm-10 pm Weekends**:

- **5 am-10 am Weekday**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20 per hour
