Purpose of the Cleaning Technician
At M1 Composites, we take pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environment for all our employees. The Cleaning Technician is responsible for the cleanliness of the building, as well as the exterior maintenance of the grounds. He ensures the general cleanliness of the premises.

Targeted objectives

Contributes to the establishment of tasks to be accomplished and their frequency.
Maintain clean work area.
Ensures the maintenance of the exterior grounds.

Les responsabilités clés

Maintenance Plan

Establishes, in conjunction with the Operations Manager, the schedule of tasks to be performed.
Considers operational priorities.

Interior Maintenance

Sweeps and cleans floors and stairs.
Washes and desinfects toilets and sinks.
Fills dispensers with soap, products and paper.
Empty garbage cans, recycling and replace bags.
Reports any damane and repairs that need to be done.
Ensures the follow-up of supplies and products necessary for proper functioning.

Exterior Maintenance

Maintains the exterior landscapping.
In winter, ensures that entrances are cleared and salt is applied in adequate quantities.

Ideal profile

The experience required to meet the challenges associated with the position.
Ability to work unsupervised, with a great deal of autonomy.
A rigorous and detail-oriented worker.
A person who takes pride in their work.
