To provide a clean and safe environment for all staff, by performing various building cleaning services on the **day shift. ( 5am to 1pm) or (7:00a to 3:00pm)**

**Key Responsibilities/Duties**:

- To perform your duties respectful of your safety, safety of co-workers and all equipment and materials.
- Maintain supplies at all press (i.e. cleaning supplies, towels) and mop floor at press areas.
- Service, clean and supply all washrooms.
- Clean lunchroom and change room areas on a daily basis and office area as assigned.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping or scrubbing them (equipment& training provided).
- Wash and disinfect all washroom floors, counters, faucets, door and stall handles, toilets and fixtures.
- Clean and disinfect points of contact (door knobs, door plates, faucets,)
- Empty all wastepaper baskets in offices and warehouse.
- Replenish paper towel dispenser toilet paper, soap and disinfectant dispensers throughout facility.
- Provide assistance in cleaning production and tool room area.
- Keep the plant outside clean and organized
- Monitor and requisition for Liquid Waste Materials removal as required.
- Prepare complete, concise, and accurate recorded documentation.
- May be assigned to General Helper or other duties.
- May be required to visit customer facilities to perform usual duties, where extended hours may be necessary.

**Knowledge, Skills, Experience**:

- Previous experience as a industrial cleaner.
- Must be available to work within assigned shift schedule.
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Motivated and self-driven person (autonomous) with flexibility assisting the team, and producing improved results.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Available for details & explanation

**Working Conditions**:

- Exposure to various chemical cleaners.
- Die spray lubricant.
- Constant machine noise. (PPE provided)
- The Plant Services Personnel may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Working outdoor maybe needed
- Dollies and carts (on wheels) ready available in plant.
