OLON INDUSTRIES INC., has a great opportunity for you We are currently recruiting for GENERAL HELPER(S) - DAY SHIFT to join our diverse production team. We are always willing to train individuals that may not have years of production experience as long as you show commitment, mechanical aptitude and focus. The products that we manufacture require precision, accuracy and are in demand.

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:To provide assistance with daily requirements of production and maintain a clean working area.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Visually inspect material for quality control on a production line
- Assist with set-up for new production runs
- Strap and wrap finished goods
- Build crates
- Housekeeping duties including removal of garbage, sweeping, maintaining a clean work area
- Assist with feeding and unloading of all equipment
- Complete appropriate paperwork
- Assist with the cutting operations on the cutting saws
- Assembly of moldings
- Ensure quality control of product
- All other duties as assigned

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
- Work experience with mínimal supervision
- Able to read a measure tape
- Good communication skills, written and verbal

**REQUIRED EDUCATION**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent is an asset

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF JOB**:

- Must be able to lift and carry 20lbs on a frequent basis and 50lbs on occasion
