At Fortinet, our mission is to safeguard people, devices, and data everywhere. We are seeking our first dedicated QA Analyst to own the quality for our customer-facing portals. You will be responsible for creating automated tests, finding bugs, and ensuring our products meet high standards. Your work will directly improve our efficiency and product reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain automated test scripts using modern QA tools.
- Write and execute clear test plans and test cases.
- Document test processes, results, and release notes.
- Work with product and support teams to reproduce and analyze issues.
- Provide direct remote assistance to customers to troubleshoot problems.
- Occasionally assist with development and deployment tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-4 years of experience in a QA role.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Strong knowledge of QA methods, including writing test plans and bug reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
