We are a **busy and well-established,** **privately owned**dental clinic in SW Calgary, seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team. Our clinic values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement—making it the **ideal environment for both new graduates and experienced dentists.**
**What we offer**:
- **Exceptional opportunity**: Taking over a Full-Time 4-day established schedule from a relocating associate, working along with 2-3 dedicated hygienists daily.
- 40+ new patients per month, to be directed to the new associate whenever possible.
- **Beautiful, newly expanded, renovated modern office**with ADEC equipment, IV sedation room, iTero scanner, digital radiographs, and intraoral camera.
- **Collaborative and Team Support**:Work alongside supportive principal dentists, multiple highly trained and motivated assistants/administrators, who love what they do in a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Mentorship opportunities
**Schedule**:
- 4 days a week, including one evening and 1-2 Saturdays a month. We are closed for the long weekends in the summer.
- Potential for additional days in the future if desired.
**We’re looking for someone who is**:
- Compassionate, focused on patient care, and dedicated to delivering excellent, high-quality care.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to practice growth.
- Comfortable in all general dentistry, including molar endo and surgical extractions.
- Bonus skills (not required): Implant placement/restoration. Invisalign. Sleep dentistry.
**Requirements**:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid practice permit from the CDSA (College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta).
