- Receive and pull inventory in SAP
- Prepare loading paperwork using SAP, Google Sheets, Microsoft Suite
- Maintain inventory including processing bulk & package counts and date expiry audits
- Provide daily inventory update to stakeholders using export from SAP to an Excel Spreadsheet
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with multiple Rail / Drayage providers
- Adjust planned deliveries to actual and post in SAP for invoicing
- Understand and maintain product quality control
- Maintain a TDG certificate (Training provided)
- Coordinate with customer for approval and vendors for ordering and maintaining adequate site supplies & maintaining site equipment
- Hold and maintain records of safety meetings, spill drills, fire drills etc
- Load & unload intermodal shipments using a forklift
- Load bulk tankers using pumps
- Communicate with dispatch & drivers regarding load plans & scheduling and load confirmations
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Forecast product demand and advise necessary parties in advance of shortages

**Requirements**:

- Forklift experience
- Microsoft Suite & general computer literacy

Assets:

- SAP experience
- Liquids handling experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Inventory processing experience
- Trucking industry / logistics experience
- Valid forklift ticket
