We are state of the art pediatric specialty clinic looking for a skilled and compassionate Certified Level II Dental Assistant to join our growing team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dental practice, providing exceptional patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

**Duties**:

- Assist dentists during procedures
- Engage and create a positive environment for both children and their families
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling and confirming
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient records and appointment management
- Perform dental receptionist duties as needed
- Maintain medical terminology knowledge for effective communication with the dental team
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment

**Experience**:

- Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- HARP Certification is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
