Conditions of Employment:

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be able to provide and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to travel throughout Manitoba as required and provide own transportation
- Must possess and maintain a full class 5 Manitoba Driver's license

Qualifications:
**Essential**:

- Experience investigating complaints, including identifying client concerns and conducting interviews to gather information
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience handling sensitive situations
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing priorities in a work environment with high volumes and strict deadlines

**Desired**:

- Experience and/or training in mediation and/or dispute resolution
- Experience in public speaking
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in French
- Experience facilitating continuous improvement events
