**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee our shop operations at Alberta Mountain Air. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining inventory levels and employee satisfaction. Located in Alberta, this position offers an opportunity to blend traditional service values with modern technology.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette and customer communication at all times.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to meet customer demands.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the HVAC industry.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
