The Toronto branch of Patterson Dental is looking for a Warehouse Clerk to join their team. You will be responsible for the branch shipping and receiving.

**Major Duties**:

- Prepare documentation as required for outgoing shipments.
- Ensure orders are packed properly to avoid any damage during shipping.
- Receive inbound shipments, verify items received and efficiently store inventory.
- Inventory control.
- Keep track of shipments.
- Scan all purchase orders into the system.
- Ship defective equipment to our National Repair Center.
- Coordinate returns from customers shipments.
- Ensure the control of loaner equipment.
- Back-Up for returns and credits to customers.
- Operating forklift as required.
- Perform other tasks requested or required.

**Job qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Work experience preferably in receiving, order processing, shipping, or customer service.
- Hold a valid forklift license.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Excellent time & space management skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), use of computers and printers.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
