We are looking for an Auto Insurance Agent with at least 1-year of experience to provide sales and service to clients’ changing insurance needs in beautiful Sidney, BC.

**What you will do in the role**:

- Use superior communication skills to probe customers to determine current and future needs
- Research the best coverage for clients, using all known factors, including pricing, coverage, and claims service; recommend products based on this analysis
- Provide quotes and explain the features, advantages, and benefits of all automobile coverages
- Provide guidance and direction to customers with claims and adhere to established procedures to ensure timely reporting and follow-up
- General Insurance-related administrative duties

**You can offer SeaFirst**:

- An active level 1 general insurance license, this would be an asset but is not required
- One year experience ICBC Automobile Vehicle Insurance and Private Vehicle Insurance, this would be an asset
- Your strong sales and decision-making skills
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- ICBC Policy Centre and insurance-specific programs knowledge, this would be an asset
