Janitorial Supervisor

Commercial Janitorial business seeking janitor/supervisor with some management duties from time to time.
Daily tasks will include cleaning for an agreed upon number of hours. This may be 2,4,6 or more hours a day depending on what you seek. The hours may be daytime, evening or night.
Additional tasks will include periodically checking the quality of cleaning at dozens of buildings and logging that information as well as instructing the janitorial staff as needed. This may involve visiting them at work in the evening.
Duties will also include emergency scheduling. If someone takes time off - you will be responsible to cover it either personally or by hiring and training a replacement. Such work will be suitably compensated according to negotiated agreement.
About you:
Fit enough to work 10-12 hours in a pinch.
Able to communicate well with staff and owner.
Full knowledge of commercial janitorial (5 years).
No criminal record.
Reliable with references.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
