**Service Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform exterior cleaning services with precision, exceeding client expectations
- Work at heights up to **40 feet** on residential and commercial rooftops
- Conduct **site and safety inspections** before each job
- **Supervise** a general helper, ensuring efficiency and teamwork
- Manage workflow and **operational efficiencies** on-site
- Handle **customer interactions** professionally, including collecting payments
- Operate a **company vehicle** safely and according to Alberta’s road laws
- Maintain **cleanliness of the company vehicle** daily
- Track **inventory and condition of tools** used for services
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- **Valid Class 5 driver’s license** with a clean driving record
- **Comfortable working at heights** and using extension ladders
- **Physically fit** - able to lift **50 lbs repeatedly** throughout the day
- Strong **work ethic** - honesty, integrity, and attention to detail
- **Organized** with good time management to meet daily job deadlines
- **Excellent customer service** and communication skills (spoken and written)
- Able to work flexible hours, including **some evenings and weekends**:

- **Handyman or maintenance experience** is an asset but not required
- Comfortable working **outdoors in various weather conditions**:
**Position Details**:

- **Job Type**: Seasonal, Full-time (**Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM**)
- **Starting Pay**: $20 - $28/hour to start, dependant on experience and skills
- **Location**: Edmonton, AB
