We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Floor Technician** to join our team This hands-on role involves carpet cleaning, floor stripping, and waxing, ensuring top-quality service for our clients.

**Job Details**:

- ** The Position**: 1 OPENING
- ** Description**: Floor Technician - Carpet Cleaning, Floor Stripping & Waxing
- ** Location**:North Bay
- ** Compensation**:$20-$30/hour

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and own vehicle with insurance
- Physically fit and able to crouch, kneel, and bend
- Keen eye for detail and pride in your work
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required

**Perks**:

- ** BENEFITS** Medical, dental, and life insurance when working a minimum of 20 hours per week
- ** Uniform/Shoe Allowance** up to $200 per year

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Having previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- Expectations are as follows:

- Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
- Training will be provided, however, experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties.
- Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Organized and able to follow a schedule.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time.
- General knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques for cleaning.
- Able to work mornings, nights, and/or possibly some weekends if requested.
