**The Opportunity**

**The Role**
- Develop recruiting strategy and ensures alignment with overall strategic plan and goals of the Company.
- Assist in developing HR recruitment brand and enhance visibility of Company as an employer of choice.
- Develop strong relationships with internal clients to fulfill their hiring needs.
- Effectively consult with hiring managers & leadership to understand their talent needs.
- Manage multiple searches (up to 20-30) simultaneously.
- Conduct external searches through strategic sources (web based job boards, print ads, online mining techniques, etc.).
- Identify, research and initiate recruiting events such as career fairs, trade shows, open houses, etc.
- Effectively manage the internal applicant process.
- Participate/facilitate interview for senior leadership or critical roles efficiently.
- Assess sourcing effectiveness and manage sourcing investments.
- Education: College Diploma
- Work Experience: 4-5 years recruitment and HR experience
- Knowledge: Experience in industrial, heavy equipment or natural resources industries; specialization in recruitment of Trades and/or Sales roles; knowledge with using Boolean logic, AIRS and passive social media recruiting; experience working across multiple geographies; competent with Microsoft Office
