Currently, we have an opening for a **Product Specialist. **The **Product Specialist** is responsible for providing quality product support to the customer and internal personnel as well as initiating project plans through the entirety of their lifecycle. The role is product-focused and concentrates on providing guidance and advice on the implementation and strategies for the product range.

**What you w**ill be doing**:

- Responsible for ensuring our products are correctly implemented and deployed.
- Monitor test results and provide feedback to factories to enable improvements to the equipment or its operation and facilitate new product implementations.
- Supporting the Fleet Data Specialists in troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving technical problems that arise during or after implementation.
- Provide feedback on product quality performance to the factories.
- Assist factories with field-testing and trials of new products and updated components to ensure proper and safe operation
- Visit customers to provide in-depth product knowledge. This may include the development of direct customer relationships with key clients.
- Lead project commissioning and product demonstrations in a safe and proactive manner.
- Organize product training for sales and service personnel for the respective products.
- Provide support to Account Managers and PSSRs with customer presentations and customer inquiries and quotations.
- Track MTBF (mean time between failure) to monitor and report on the effectiveness of the Remote Monitoring Service.
- Work directly with our customers to develop comprehensive implementation project plans, project schedules, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure adequate communication of the project and project progress within the organization.
- Ensure adequate documentation throughout the duration of the project.
- Summarize and present the findings from the project after its completion to appropriate personnel.

**What you will bring along**
- Two-year Technical Degree in a mechanical or computer science discipline or equivalent field of study.
- 5 to 7 years’ industry related experience is required.
- 3 to 5 years’ Project management experience is required.
- Ability to build relationships within the industry and maintain a strong customer service focus
- Knowledge and comprehension of the mining industry.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to train and transfer knowledge to others.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and driven to achieve customer satisfaction goals and targets.
- Computer literacy.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset.
