**Overview**
- The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator position is a support position for operations who will be successful by providing accurate, complete and timely information to all other departments in the company._

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with planning and organizing daily/weekly tasks for the Shipping Department
- Create detailed load plans for Truck Load shipments
- Verify order completion in production
- Prepare shipping documentation and daily reports
- Maintain various production schedules
- Provide updates to sales and customer service on upcoming shipments
- Respond to expedited service requests
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and procedures
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and shipment documentation
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with WMS systems and practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
