Service Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily departmental operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage collaboration with the parts team to support seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and support technicians, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Champion department safety standards and compliance.
- Provide technical support to the Power Generation team.
- Manage shop operations, including workflow, resources, and performance.
- Oversee warranty claim processes.
- Coordinate technician training and professional development.
- Monitor and control department costs and budgeting.
- Manage fleet and equipment maintenance, including vehicles and load banks.
- Complete Job cycle safety check in the field.
- Budget preparation for fleet, shop and other company equipment.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups with customers to confirm service quality, gather feedback, and ensure a positive customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within a relevant industry.
- Prior experience leading field service technicians required.
- Prior hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting gensets considered a huge asset.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal staff as well as and external customers.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments while maintaining focus on key objectives.

**Compensation based on experience - competitive base salary plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus program**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
