**Key Responsibilities and Job Duties**:

- Identify critical business processes to create test cases
- Collaborate with systems and middleware admins to assess performance tuning requirements, regression testing, and test cases
- Provide continuous monitoring of systems performance
- Communicate and document any bugs to the development team and other stakeholders
- Responsible for responding to open tickets submitted through incident management systems

**Key Competencies and Experience**:

- Experience installing, configuring, and monitoring Dynatrace end to end
- Professional experience in Information Technology with extensive experience in performing Application Support / Performance Monitoring.
- Expert knowledge in creating custom dashboards
- Dynatrace Certified Associate, Dynatrace, Online certification considered an asset but not required
- Experience with ALM ticketing systems is considered an asset
- Ability to read IT system documents and determine the appropriate action
- Strong technical background of end-to-end software projects with strong knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
- Ability to work in several departments such as development, test, and production
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to write test plans and test cases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
