Operations Team Member

Sanitation Role

Report to the Operations Manager(s) & Operation Team Captain as directed to complete the daily tasks required for Muskoka Grown’s cannabis operations. Tasks included a broad range of activities in each department. Sanitation would include but not limited to Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, strong attention to details. Sanitation activities include but are not limited to the following: sweeping/mopping floors and ceilings, cleaning/ sanitizing sinks, maintaining regular organization and cleanliness of production areas. Experience in the food industry, hospitality, and or pharmaceutical industry is an asset or a relatable position in sanitation is an asset. Individuals are required to have a High School diploma or equivalent. Team members are expected to maintain open communication with Managers & Captains for continual improvement. Team members must follow training, SOPs & work instructions to achieve a high level of compliance with internal SOPs & record keeping, Regulatory Requirements, and health and safety.

- Maintain attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
- Maintain vigilance for quality control and/or contamination risk, report actual or potential issues to your captain and/or manager
- Measure and mix correct amounts of cleaning solution
- Comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety,and quality assurance practices
- Maintain proper documentation in all formats of record-keeping

**ACCOUNTABILITY**
- Complete daily tasks in accordance with SOP and/or work instructions to achieve the desired outcome with the allocated resources & time
- Take safety seriously, we are all responsible for maintaining a safe workplace
- Utilize cleaning agents and sanitation tools to sanitize interior/exterior productions
- Must be able to work with cleaning supplies
- Must be able to work in areas of high heat
- Must be able to lift 50+lbs
- Must be able to handle heights

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.50 per hour
