**Restoration Technician**

**Job Site Duties**:

- Load vehicles with supplies and equipment; transport them to job sites as needed.
- Remove equipment from company vehicles and set up on job sites.
- Perform water extraction, drywall cutting, floor removal, debris removal, containment setup, cleaning, and content manipulation per restoration scope.
- Pick up equipment from job sites.
- Be available for emergency calls (1-2 hour response time) and rotational on-call support.

**Field Duties**:

- Act as a representative while on job sites.
- Introduce yourself to the customer.
- Ensure all employees and subcontractors meet professional standards (safety, behavior, uniform, etc.).
- Confirm subcontractors are following the established project scope.
- Take photos and detailed daily notes (e.g., Xcelerate reports).
- Complete daily readings and required forms:

- Unit Daily Worksheet
- Subcontractor Timesheet
- Ensure technicians/subcontractors complete necessary notes/forms/photos.
- Use templates for consistency.
- Capture photos showing work done or any issues encountered.

**Warehouse Duties**:

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment; organize supplies and equipment.
- Clean returned equipment.
- Identify and schedule repairs for equipment.
- Maintain inventory of PPE and supplies; request re-orders as needed.

**Vehicle Care and Maintenance**:

- Ensure vehicles are operational and report issues for service scheduling.
- Keep vehicles clean and fueled.
- Stock vehicles with necessary equipment, supplies, and forms.
- Complete and submit daily inspection reports for trucks and forklifts.
- Complete weekly vehicle inspections and submit to the Fleet Manager.

- Health and Safety Awareness (4 Steps)
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
- Forklift Operation
- Mobile Elevating Work Platform
- IICRC: Water Damage Restoration
- Standard First Aid CPR A + AED
- Asbestos Awareness

**Equipment and Tools Knowledge**:

- Thermal Imaging Camera (plus spare batteries)
- Pinless Moisture Meter
- Insta 360 Camera (plus spare batteries)
- Bank Charger
- iPad with keyboard
- Binder with hard copy forms

**Training Areas for Transition to Senior Technician**:

- Manage large-scale jobs
- Delegate tasks to subcontractors
- Conduct site walkthroughs with Project Manager/Supervisor and follow project scope
- Use Matterport models
- Update unit status spreadsheet
- Breakdown and manage smaller jobs
- Conduct site inspections and provide required reports

Pay: $23.77-$24.50 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
