**Janitor - Maintenance Team**

This is a hands-on position with primary responsibility including, but not limited to: plumbing, waste and materials handling, housekeeping, property maintenance and supporting in various activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform janitorial duties, including garbage disposal, ensuring janitorial supplies are in stock, etc.
- Perform basic building maintenance duties (e.g., fix light bulbs, painting, use basic tools, etc.
- Perform regular walkthroughs of the property to ensure cleanliness of common areas and parking lots
- Coordinate contractor services based on internal production and facility maintenance requirements
- Ensure all building control systems are functioning as specified
- Perform documentation reviews to ensure compliance
- Provide general support when required

**Required Qualification**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
