Systems Analyst

**Reporting to: Manager, Information Technology**
Argus (CEL) is looking for a Systems Analyst to maintain and support the infrastructure systems that allow Argus (CEL) to equip researchers and growers to feed the world, improve human health, and protect the environment.
You will be joining Argus (CEL) at an exciting time as we move the organization into its next growth phase. You’ll play a vital role in an operational-focused team working to refresh every aspect of Argus (CEL) critical infrastructure.
**ESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Providing front-line support to all users in the organization.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all systems and resources.
- Support systems including Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, SQL, Windows Server/Client, VPN, Firewalls, and Telephone systems.
- Skills in TCP/IP Networking & systems tuning, network topology and firewalled environments.
- Maintaining IT documentation related to policies, systems, and networks, including technology topology maps.
- Providing periodic on-call support during non-business hours & weekend/evening work to perform system tasks.
- Some travel may be required.

**DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Completion of an IT-related diploma or degree or equivalent experience.
- One or more Technology Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.
- Experience with Help Desk and network management software a plus.
- Scripting experience (typically Bash/PowerShell/Python) a plus.
