Salary:
We are currently looking for a Service Manager to join our exciting team of dynamic professionals in our growing organization.
- This position will be responsible for the following contributions to our success:_
- _
- Assists the Service Technicians team as required to efficiently complete the assigned projects.
- Manages a team of Service Technicians
- Oversees all aspects of equipment repair and preventive maintenance
- Leads and conducts the training of all maintenance staff
- Completes project inspections, and reports any problems to Operations Manager
- Liaises with external contractors ensuring proper and efficient work performance
- Monitors work orders and service logs to ensure all are being resolved in an appropriate manner and within an acceptable time frame
- Acts as a member of the property management team for emergency operations.
- Ideally, this position would be of interest to those with the following qualifications:_
- _
- Post secondary diploma
- Minimum five years experience in building operations/maintenance
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices, including preventive maintenance techniques
- Good time management and customer service skills
- Team oriented, diligent and reliable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and management teams
- Valid drivers license and vehicle are required
- Minimum two years managing a team
