**Position : Event Coordinator**

**Statut : Part time**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
- Coordinate and participate in sales and marketing activities, including trade shows, promotional events, and advertising campaigns
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate and timely information to clients and customers
- Develop and prepare proposals, contracts, and other documentation for clients
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience

**Salary**:
The salary is 20$ per hour. In addition to the base salary, it includes benefits and preferential rates at all hotels owned by the Tidan Group.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
