**Experienced Retail Sales Associate — PEARLS BOUTIQUE**
- Location:_ Port Dover, Ontario
- Job Type:_ Part-Time
- Compensation:_ minimum wage or higher, depending on experience

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver a polished and professional level of customer service
- Meet and exceed sales targets (individual and boutique-wide)
- Keep the boutique tidy and visually appealing (folding, steaming, sizing, spacing)
- Maintain security awareness and follow all loss prevention protocols
- Balance the till accurately and follow proper closing procedures
- Keep track of best-selling items and customer preferences
- Open and close the store independently when scheduled
- Take initiative with product knowledge and customer styling
- Dress in boutique clothing (store-provided, if needed) and present a neat appearance

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail**:

- Demonstrated success in sales and clienteling
- Strong communication skills
- A positive, respectful attitude and the ability to take direction and feedback
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Capable of working independently and confidently
- Comfortable with handling POS systems and basic paperwork
- Available to work weekends and peak retail periods

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have experience in a boutique or independent retail setting
- Have a passion for fashion and styling
- Love working in a women-led, supportive, and honest workplace
