- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proven experience as a cook
- Ability to take direction and feedback
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency, while maintaining quality
- Ability to work both independently, as well as part of the team
- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
- Always maintains professionalism and courtesy with team members

**Requirements**:

- Minimal work experience, on-the-job training is provided.
- Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Knowledge of current menus.
- Ability to work multiple stations during service with and without supervision.
- Keep work area, utensils and product equipment in a clean and sanitized state at all times.
- Complete line cook pars to ensure that enough product is prepared and kept ready for service.
- Assist with prep for daily operations and special events, as required.
- Ability to properly and safely use and clean fryers, grills, oven, etc.
- Complete daily opening and closing checklist at the beginning and end of your shifts
- Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures.
- Complete daily Food Safety log
- Assist with additional kitchen duties, including prep and dishes, as required.
