**Job description**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- vitals and clinical measurements
- vaccinations and injections
- prenatal and well-baby care and records
- administration of standardized scoring rubrics, such as MMSE/MOCA, PHQ-9, etc
- assistance with form completion
- patient education
- manage inventory and care of equipment, supplies, and clinical space
- maintain updated charts
- preventative medicine visits
- patient flow
- personable and patient personality
- professional appearance and attitude
- ability to work collaboratively in with various health-care providers
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- excellent verbal and written communication
- strong computer skills
- EMR training will be provided

Regular Office hours are Monday, Wednesday-Friday. May include occasional weekday evenings and Saturday mornings. Hours to increase to full-time Monday-Friday by June, with possibility of sooner.
