**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards.
- Manage food preparation and meal preparation tasks, ensuring timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Handle food items safely and efficiently, following proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and cleaned regularly to meet health regulations.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
- Experience in food preparation and cooking, particularly in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality control in meal preparation.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members and management.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during busy shifts.
