Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Fuze HR is looking for **Customer service representatives.** The agents will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of internal and external customers, customer requests, offering alternatives if necessary, etc.
Available schedules currently are:
9am-5pm or 4pm-midnight
**Salary**: 18.50 $/hour
**Main tasks of the Customer Service Representative**:
- Increasing brand loyalty by providing effective solutions to resolve unsatisfactory service issues in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Offering exceptional first level technical and general support to stores
- Documenting, tracking and following through on all Customer Service conversations
- Supporting ecommerce sales with effective communication to customers as it relates to the product, promotions, returns and exchanges policies
- Identifying opportunities for improvement within the current Customer Service practices and systems
- Identifying opportunities to increase brand loyalty
- Participating in special projects as required
**Requirements for the Customer Service Representative**:
- Availability to work different shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Highly customer service oriented, passionate about problem-solving
- Excellent verbal communication and writing abilities
- College degree (DEC, Technical diploma, Community college diploma)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role in a Contact Centre environment
- Strong computer skills
- Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken

Principales tâches du représentant du service client:
- Travailler dans un centre de contact, traiter tous les courriels, chats en direct et appels téléphoniques des clients de manière rapide et courtoise.
- Augmenter la fidélité à la marque en fournissant des solutions efficaces pour résoudre les problèmes de service insatisfaisants conformément aux politiques et procédures établies.
- Offrir un support technique et général de premier niveau exceptionnel aux magasins.
- Documenter, suivre et faire le suivi de toutes les conversations du service client.
- Soutenir les ventes en ligne avec une communication efficace aux clients concernant les produits, les promotions, les politiques de retours et d'échanges.
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration dans les pratiques et systèmes actuels du service client.
- Identifier les opportunités d'augmenter la fidélité à la marque.
- Participer à des projets spéciaux selon les besoins.
Exigences pour le poste de représentant du service client:
- Disponibilité pour travailler à différents horaires tels que les jours, soirées, week-ends et jours fériés.
- Fortement orienté service client, passionné par la résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes capacités de communication verbale et écrite.
- Diplôme collégial (DEC, diplôme technique, diplôme de collège communautaire).
- Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans un rôle de service client dans un centre de contact.
- Solides compétences en informatique.
- Bilingue (français et anglais) à l'écrit et à l'oral.
- Expérience en vente au détail et/ou en vente (atout).
