Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Lead the demand Forecasting process for the Canadian entities at a national level- Develop bottom-up forecasting models for each key account- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.- Lead pre consensus with account managers and consensus meetings with commercial to align forecast at a national level- Lead the monthly S&OP meeting presenting to the larger organization- Track and record Drug Shortages in the marketplace and asses the impact on the Viatris Canada forecast- Develop relationships with the internal sales team to get customer information to build a robust forecast- Lead the weekly allocation meeting to discuss changes in supply positions and strategies based on demand- Act as face of the supply chain to external customers including working with external customers on supply issues, allocation, and forecast changes- Track customer DC level inventory on a weekly and monthly basis- Work is measured against key Supply Chain metrics including:
- Forecasting Accuracy-
- Customer Service Levels-
- Finished goods write offs-
- Work on various projects across the supply chain as requested

The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- 3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain management; experience in forecasting and demand planning an asset- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field- Exposure to pharmaceutical or consumer products industry- Solid computer skills; SAP or rapid response an asset
